Tropical Oasis, LLC offers superb property management services throughout the North Shore of Oahu. We strive to be the liaison between landlord and tenant. We purposely keep the number of properties to a minimum so that you the owner get the attention to detail. Let us take the worry and stress out of being a property owner.

Information and calendar deemed reliable however not guaranteed! All properties are available for lease or month-to-month rental. For nightly rentals, pricing may vary for holidays. Last minute kama-aina rates are sometimes available. Holiday rates and one week minimums still apply. All prices are subject to 4.712% Hawaii General Excise Tax and 7.25% Hawaii Transient Accommodations Tax. Payment can be made with cash or cashier's check; credit card payments are also accepted, but with a 10% surcharge. Security deposits will be refunded within 14 days (same day if possible). 50% of rental down to hold reservation. Payment in full due 60 days in advance of arrival.
